Margaret Heffernan: Dare to disagree

Hefferman suggests that we should be building organizations that embrace disagreements because that is how we can be sure we are doing the right thing. Some thoughts:
  • Openness is not enough
  • Find partners who naturally create disagreement
  • See conflict as collaborative thinking
  • Be more afraid of silence than conflict
